Alison Wahlstrom, RN

Alison can be considered the "glue" of our practice. She is the one person that we all go to for advice, instruction, help, or simple direction. She spends hours talking with patients on the phone, seeing patients for nurse visits, and stepping into the room of patients if needed.

Triage and prior authorizations are two very demanding jobs, and my coworker does both with grace and determination! She is the kind of nurse that I believe we should all aspire to be. Whether Alison is assisting with onboarding a new provider, teaching a new staff member, assisting a float in our office, or taking charge when no one else is available to direct the daily office needs, she does so with wisdom and grace.

It is an honor to recognize a great nurse, one who has become my "work sister" and friend.
