Alissa has a nice way about her.  She was knowledgeable about the procedure I had at Siena, shared helpful information about next steps and generally made the experience more manageable and pleasant.  Thinking of offering a nicotine patch is one example. She cared about my comfort in recovery as well as I could have hoped.

You know that "one-of-a-kind" care was provided when your 88-year-old, English-speaking grandmother knows her nurse's name. Alissa set the bar for her coordination of care and bedside attention, from assisting my grandmother in ambulating around the unit to helping her to the commode. Her attention and care were deeply appreciated by her patient and the family.
