Aliza hugged me as I cried during my night stay at QVH. She made me feel cared for. She explained medication I was given. She continually asked how she could help, serve, and care for me. She took the time to get to know me, as a person, not just as a patient. I came in with a lot of pain and love. I left with love, some pain, and a lot of understanding.
