My 76-year-old mother was in the Emergency Department. Liz was kind, patient, and most importantly, noticed that my mom was not quite right. She advocated for her patient. She was explaining everything to us. She never once seemed annoyed or aggravated with all of our questions. She was patient, kind, and loving. She made us feel seen and heard. All of this while managing a full load of other patients. I am sure all the nurses here are good, but Liz is a superstar in my book! Thank you Liz, keep up the great work, you really make a difference. In addition to caring for my mom, she checked on my brother and me too. Checking to make sure we were okay, if we needed anything, and explained things until we understood. Thank you, Liz!!
