Scott is an amazing person and professional. He served in our military in many capacities during his 23-year decorated career. Scott is an advocate for his staff and the Veterans he serves. His approach is always Veteran centric. He has a firsthand knowledge of what the Veterans need and advocates to meet the needs of each and every one of them. He continues to serve his country in his current role by caring for his brothers and sisters that he served with. His commitment to the mission is evident each and every day. Scott is respectful in his approach to the Veterans he serves, and he does an amazing job at identifying what a Veteran needs and meeting them where they are. Not all Veterans are in a good place when they come to us. Scott recognizes and understands that and helps them make the transition. His integrity can never be questioned. Scott strives to meet the highest professional standards and takes every opportunity to grow as a leader to better serve his staff and our Veterans. Scott has recently completed his MSN and the HDLCP program offered by the VA. Scott strives for excellence and is a strong and decisive leader. He works hard to make the clinic better for his staff and the Veterans we serve. Scott is also always trying to find a way to expand services to our Veterans. He does Veteran outreach both as part of his job and after work on his own time. He also reached out to Penn State to make sure those in the military were aware of the services we provide. He is an excellent resource for all staff including other managers. Scott is a perfect example of what we want our Veterans to experience when they visit our clinic. His professionalism, commitment, and skill set are crucial to the success of our mission. He deserves recognition for his endless commitment.
