Allen was the House Supervisor on the night our hospital had 2 codes, cath lab called in and we had a STAT C-section. The code blues were occurring at the same time as the STAT C-section. Allen was able to manage the multiple needs of the patients' and staff. During this, a physician became upset. Allen, instead of continuing the negative path with the physician, chose to explain how our staff provides safe care. Multiple staff members have recognized Allen for how he handled this situation and spoke positively of our hospital.
