Allen was my mom's day nurse most of the time she was in ICU. Allen was so professional and efficient. He was attentive and always available for any need, want or question. Mom never had to wait for anything we pressed him for. In my opinion, his skill level was absolutely "first rate". What sets Allen apart from his colleagues is his patience and candid demeanor. We presented him with some very challenging issues, both medical and personal. He was always helpful, knowledgeable, honest, and informative. He was so calm and professional no matter what we threw at him. We owe my mother's life to his wonderful, constant, and intuitive care. Thank you, Allen, she wouldn't be here if it had not been for you.
