If The DAISY Award was a person, it would be Alli. This woman has so much love in her heart that I believe it could heal the world. She gives 110% to all her patients and makes a meaningful connection with each and everyone, including their family members. Hardly a week goes by where I don't see tears on her shoulders from family members she's comforted. She connects with them on a level that I aspire to.

When I was a new nurse, Alli oriented me and was extremely patient; I was so impressed about how patient she was with family members and their questions and training. She is always asking coworkers if they need any help and will roll up her sleeves and get down in the trenches. Alli is an amazing nurse and an amazing human. I am so blessed to be able to work with her.
