I stopped to check on my wife as she was recovering from surgery. She complained of pain but stated the nurse refused to give it to her. Allie informed me it was true because my wife was displaying signs of confusion and had low blood pressure. She was calm, polite, professional and gave sound advice. I was impressed. She took the time to learn something about my wife and chose the safest course of treatment in providing for my wife's long-term wellbeing. As soon as my wife was no longer displaying signs of confusion and her blood pressure had risen she administered the pain medication and continued to provide great care.
