Some nurses make a difference with the care that they provide, I believe that Allie Sears is that type of nurse. She shows compassion in every situation and for every patient. She has a way about her that lets her become empathetic to them as well. She is kind to everyone, patients and families. She cares for her patients as well as her co-workers. Allie is in the profession that she was designed for. She loves being a nurse, aspires for growth and yet is genuine in her concerns and cares for others. She is proud to be a Self Regional Healthcare employee as well.
