Allie's dedication to the Veterans we serve is an inspiration to many. The time and devotion she applies to her practice, certification, and advancing her education re-enforces the premise she is dedicated to her profession. As preceptor, she is able to utilize those many skills she has and provide her learner with her wisdom and knowledge.

It is a trying time in the ICU, as we have had numerous changes of late; management, loss of old friends, and the gaining of new, stress has become a large part of our daily life. Allie has been able to show repeat professionalism with her peers and those she cares for. It is her dedication and professionalism which inspires me to view our changing environment in a different light. Her continued support of peers, old and new, truly helps build a cohesive team and moves us all forward to accomplish the goals of the VA, and provide out Veterans with the care and respect they have earned.
