Allisealways goes above and beyond to make sure her patients get the best care possible. It does not matter how busy it is, she always has time for her patient and their family. She is always nice even when things get challenging. She is always willing to help with anything. She is a great person to code with. She often guides the residents with their care without being pushy or demeaning. She always makes her coworkers laugh with her dry wit, even when they want to cry. She teaches both staff and patients without them even being aware because it just comes across as conversation.She rocks!
