Allison Alexander, BSN RN

Allison Alexander greeted me and my family with a smile on her face. She made me feel at ease. She explained everything with patience and care. She went out of her way to help me change my clothes and put on the surgical slippers. She had a warming blanket for me. Apologized for her cold hands on my skin. I explained that I had a bad experience before with an IV. She placed a warming blanket on my arm to help with the veins where the IV would be placed. Ordered a numbing medicine and went and asked another nurse who has had success with difficult veins to come and help. The whole process went very smoothly with the IV. I appreciate Allison going above and beyond to ensure I was cared for with kindness and respect. She then got my family member to come and sit with me. She explained everything to him about what to expect and what we had done. Allison’s smile and caring personality have shown through. I can't say enough words to express how much she made my experience the best. Allison was very sweet and helpful as I was nervous going into surgery.
