Allison followed up with me after an unexpected cardio/neurological event to completely explain and help with my misunderstanding and frustration. She was kind and extremely patient with me as I have extreme difficulties with my hearing.

She also followed up with me regarding the changes my neurologist was making with my medications and made sure they arrived without a hitch.

Allison is a credit to the nursing profession. I am happy to sing her praises!
