Allison Bowling, RN

Allison is a very caring nurse. She always takes the time to do something extra for her patients. This could be writing a special note on the whiteboard, making sure a patient has a favorite drink, or just showing pictures of her dog to cheer someone up. It’s hard on families who cannot visit in the ICU and Allison always spends ample time on the phone or outside the "window" with family. Recently, she spend 25 minutes on the phone with a man who just lost his dad and had two other family members in the hospital. She really does care like family!
