Allison has been with our team for a little over one year, and during that time, she has taken on several significant and time-intensive projects. She has played a key role in the development of Grow Strong RN content for New to Practice RNs in the Behavioral Health specialty, supporting not only the Richmond market but the broader ministry as well.

She has also worked closely with BHU leaders in the Richmond market to ensure staff achieve competency in the use of the Restraint Chair and has helped train unit leads so they can maintain this competency among new associates. In addition, Allison has been actively involved in educating associates on Workplace Violence Prevention and Response. She frequently shares her expertise in de-escalation techniques and behavioral management with associates across Richmond, not just those at Southside.

Allison has exceeded the expectations of our NPD team and consistently demonstrates a willingness to share her knowledge and expertise with others to help improve patient care for the behavioral health population.
