I have had the pleasure of working with Allison since she came to CRMC as a new grad. On numerous occasions the patients and family members say how wonderful allision is. The words they use to describe her are kind, sweet, considerate, top notch, excellent, caring. I had the opportunity to accompany Allison to do her assessment on one of her patients. She was so nice to the patient and gentle. She did a very detailed assessment answered questions and took the time to reposition the patient for optimal comfort. If I am ever a patient here I want Allison to be my nurse.
