Allison is dedicated, consistent, caring, and supportive of each and every one of us. She cares more than anyone I have met about her team, and it shows in the team's dedication.
Allison Eastman came into her role as the manager of the CSO in a very difficult time of transition. Not only did she handle the transition with grace, but she also fought fiercely for our team. I don’t see many managers coming in at 5 am or staying well past 8 pm to be able to connect with their team members. Allison seeks to understand her team on a human level and pushes us to new levels of excellence. She is constantly challenging our team to strive to better ourselves and is always looking for ways to help us improve and grow. A true leader humbles themselves while building others up and that is what we in the CSO got when Allison was chosen for this role.

Allison Eastman has been a phenomenal leader in the central staffing office. She oversees many staff members effortlessly and ensures we are all getting what we need. I have recently transitioned into the NOL role and have felt very supported by her. Allison makes sure my orientation is going well, answers questions, and supports me however I need. I feel comfortable going to her with any issues and know that she will work to resolve things.

Allison truly changed the entire Central Staffing Office when she became our manager. Allison was born a leader and slowly transitioned into leadership over the last few years by taking over as bed manager. In the years following, Allison took on a lead position in the CSO, and there, she really started to shine. While working as both bed manager and lead, Allison took on the role of being our leader. When the position opened for the CSO manager, I know I speak for a lot of us, but we prayed she would apply. Allison really picked up the CSO in a time of change. She is dedicated, consistent, caring, and supportive of each and every one of us. She cares more than anyone I have met about her team, and it shows in the team's dedication. Allison truly picked up the team and showed them how great we could be... and with her support, we are becoming stronger than ever. In the year following Allison's transition into the manager, she has continued to mentor, support, and empower our team of new leaders. We appreciate her and all she has done this year and continues to do for all of us.
