Allison Fitts, RN, CMSRN

I have worked with her for over seven years now, and I have never seen her upset with anything. She has a very positive attitude. She has always led by example. She is one of the most patient people I have ever known. She goes above and beyond for all the patients and for all her coworkers. She is a very good communicator and handles very difficult situations with grace. I could honestly say that she is the glue that keeps our floor together. She is our go-to person for everything. She helps everyone happily. We would be lost without her! We love her so much!
