Allison Fleming, RN

Nurse Allison is my favorite nurse that I have ever encountered in my life. This is a nurse who truly enjoys her role in caring for others.

Dealing with my condition and the reason for my current hospital stay has caused me to have some very embarrassing, painful, saddening, discouraging moments, and somehow, during every one of those moments, Nurse Allison made me feel like I was her only and most important patient.

The way she cared for me, comforted me, supported me, shared genuine sympathy for me, encouraged me, poured into me, and did everything within her power and then some to help me not just deal with my condition, but to be on top of my pain management so I felt the least amount of pain all day, while also going way out of her way to help find ways to get the additional outpatient care I need so that I can be discharged home soon and with proper care.

My goodness, I am in tears as I write this. Tears of real appreciation for this Angel of a Nurse! And I know in my heart that this is how she treats all of her patients. She is a real nurse from the very core of her heart, and we truly need more nurses just like her.

I pray to God above that Nurse Allison wins one of these awards and gets the recognition she deserves! Thank you for having her on your team of nurses! She is perfect for the job and represents this hospital's quality of care in a very supreme way!
