Despite the complexity and the length of the decontamination process, Allison approached the situation with unwavering empathy and a genuine desire to help. She took on the challenge without hesitation, treating the patient with dignity and kindness throughout the process. She worked tirelessly, always with a smile, to ensure the patient was completely free of the infestation.
