In June, Labor and Delivery had a 24+3-week PPROM footling breech delivery or an obstetrical emergency. SSgt Floyd expertly performed NRP in conjunction with the ER physician as labor staff awaited the pediatrician and the NICU transport teams’ arrival. Direct quotes from the pediatrician in debrief, “Your chest compressions and PPV were spot on”. “You saved that kid's life”.
