Ali is one of the most thoughtful and compassionate nurses I have had the pleasure to work with. She constantly comes up with ways to improve patient experiences and goes above and beyond to provide the highest standard of care. For our unit, she has made "high five" bags for patients celebrating their mediport removal and end of oncology treatment. She has also put in time outside of work to sew nephrostomy bag covers to provide dignity and privacy to this under-served population. She is a calming presence and fierce advocate for her patients! We are thankful to have an amazing co-worker on our team.
