Allison not only demonstrated caring and compassion but also went above and beyond the call of duty each day. She was both professional and personal as she developed a good rapport with me, so much so that when I was in extreme pain. She was able to reach out her hands to me and told me to get up and walk with her. After a bit of hesitation, I did. I felt 90% better after that and continued walking a total of 10 laps. She understood my needs, shared what to expect, and I knew what I needed to return to good health. Allison also has the patience of a saint. There were a few days I was very needy, and she always responded with a smile and comforting words. We had a conversation about protein shakes - she told me about a brand she likes and even brought one in for me to try. I finally have a quick grab-and-go option for a healthy diet.
