Allison’s compassion and genuine interest in my well-being set her apart from the rest. She consistently demonstrated top-notch nursing skills and expansive knowledge. Allison took the time to get to know me and my wife on a personal level in order to better serve our needs while here at the hospital. I never had to ask or remind her of anything that I needed. She always showed up on time with my meds and checked on me in between to see what else she could do to make me more comfortable. It is my belief that Allison’s willingness to serve well beyond what is required of her is why she deserves to be recognized for her exemplary nursing skills. Allison made a lifelong impact on me and my wife.
