Allison cared for my fiancé in ICU for a few days and showed to be a very caring, understanding nurse. Allison goes above and beyond just being a nurse, she treated my fiancé with the best care I have ever seen. Allison was compassionate and understanding to everyone she talked to. She saw my mother in law washaving a hard time and took the time to console her and make her feel better. Even after my fiancé was moved to comfort care in her final days, Allison came over to see how all of us were doing on her lunch break. She shows what exceptional care should be like and I could only wish that all nurses could follow Allison's example. Allison is a great asset to the Banner Estrella staff and should be recognized for going above and beyond. Our family thanks Allison from the bottom of our hearts.
