She explained very well what was going to happen during the day. For example, medication and what the Dr. ordered. She knows her job, she is very polite, professional, understanding, and always asking if we are ok. Very patient and understanding of my husband. He has dementia and is hard of hearing. She never gave up on him. She is very polite! She asks me if I understand, and I like that. Not everyone takes the time and I know she has other patients to take care of. It takes a smart person to remember all her responsibilities and Allison is very knowledgeable of what she is doing and cares for her patients.
