My first night here, I had terrible shoulder pain. Allison took the time to talk to me about the pain, where it was, how it hurt. I really felt like she was listening to me. She got me an ice pack, medication, and made me feel safe and she kept checking on me. I have never had any nurse care for me like Allison did. She gave above and beyond service to me that night. All of the nurses here are wonderful. I will recommend Surrey place to all of my contacts. I will miss Allison and all of my RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
