She not only ensures our patients are cared for efficiently by collaborating with other leaders to improve patient flow and bed placement, but she also checks on us, making sure we are supported during those high-stress moments. This work led to a significant improvement in patient outcomes related to post-operative urinary retention (P.O.U.R.), showing how her ability to uplift others directly impacts the care we provide.
