May 2021 Honoree
Allison Streeter, BSN, RN-ONC BC
I have had the pleasure of knowing Ali for two years. When I was first diagnosed with cancer, she was there to comfort and assure me. I always knew that Ali would give me the information I needed. She helped me every step of the way. When my tumor had shrunk by 50%, Ali was the first to call me with the great news. She has been a constant on my journey.
Ali is always so cheerful and full of energy. I know there are days she must be so exhausted and maybe even sad because of the nature of her job. You would never know it. She just makes me smile and look forward to seeing her every time I have an appointment. I count on Ali to line up my appointments and any tests I will need. She has always done it for me and takes away the stress of having to make those appointments myself. Sanford is fortunate to have such a kind, dedicated, caring, and absolutely amazing nurse. I am so thankful to Ali and will never be able to repay her for all she has done for me.
