Allison recently exemplified all of these during the labor and delivery of my first granddaughter. As a first-time mom, my daughter was excited, nervous, and scared all at the same time. Allison was so patient with her, explaining how things would go and what she could expect. She helped explain things to my son-in-law as well. Allison had everything prepared for a perfect delivery of a beautiful baby girl! When I thanked Allison afterward, she was very humble saying she “did nothing special”. She made a huge difference to my family!
