Alison goes above and beyond in her role on a daily basis. She shows problem-solving skills and encourages critical thinking from team members. She ensures that the needs of the teams are communicated with and follows up with any concerns. She always puts the patient first and ensures quality patient care. She is a great leader and a pleasure to work with in the Surgical Services area.
