Allison was nominated by the family of one of our Med Surg patients. The family stated that Allison's task performance was exceedingly reflective of exceptional efficiency and effectiveness. They went on to say that Allison's patient care manifested with a natural knowledge of her duties, obligations, and responsibilities.
