Allison has been with us for a few days. Initially she impressed us by being so on top of things. Like making sure we had enough blankets, diapers, and wipes for our daughter.

However, she really went above and beyond when my 2-year-old son came to visit his 2-week-old sister in the hospital. She knew it was going to be hard for him to see her hooked up to an IV and everything. So she got down on his level and engaged with him to make him feel more comfortable. Then let him help her take his sister's temperature and help her work to let him be involved. That alone was super impressive.

Then she leaves and comes back with her arms loaded down with toys for him to play with while he was here so he wouldn't be bored. She got down and played with the toys with him!! Incredible!! She really made his visit up here super special and memorable. It made me so happy to see someone take so much effort to engage with someone who wasn't even their patient.

She continued to care for us for a few days after this and completely blew us out of the water by staying on top of medicine and other things that my daughter needed. I wish everyone was like Allison. She is the best of the best!!
