Anxiety can manipulate the simplest of tasks into one complex and time-consuming. As a clinician looking in, frustration can be a natural response. This nurse however is praised by the patient for taking their time and talking calmly to them. She utilized early recognition and even was able to bring up topics from previous conversations to help validate the patient's concerns.
