Allyson is always willing to help out whenever there is a need. Allyson is a resource and mentor to her co-workers. Co-worker comments include: she is a strong worker, never sits; if someone else is busy, she wants to know what she needs to do to help; she is a great mentor in nursing and in life; very knowledgeable and willing to teach co-workers; I am honored to work with Allyson; I wish there were more nurses like her; I enjoy working with her; I feel more competent working with her. Allyson has a broad base of nursing knowledge, experience, and is proficient in her nursing skills. She is able to multi-task and work in an efficient and organized manner. She is compassionate and caring toward her patients. I believe Allyson is one of the anchors of our organization. Her co-workers respect her and look to her as a leader.
