Allyson Stephens, BSN, RN

Allyson is a NICU nurse who always goes above and beyond for her patients. Some of the things she has done include making graduation caps for patients leaving the unit, advocating for patients to get care early for new onset S/S, and even donating items to the families of her less fortunate patients. For one of her past patients, she even went as far as to bake him a cake on his birthday, as his parents couldn’t afford to get him one. I can't imagine anyone else who deserves this award more than her.
