Simply stated Alma Moore is a model nurse and the best human being to take care of you while you are sick and need help.

HIV Positive patients have mostly other issues like mental health and substance abuse issues, and are sometimes homeless. She provides services with the concern and care as if she was treating a family member without any reservations. Alma is always keen to learn from patients about their social issues and problems and guides them to the right resources with empathy.

She is very humble, honest and trustworthy. She is devoted to her work as she completes a thorough assessment of the patient's needs and problems before the physician walks in to see the patient. She makes sure all the vaccines/preventive care protocols are taken care of at each visit.

Alma is highly respectful and fair in the treatment of our patients mentioned before, some of them are homeless and not well attended to hygiene etc., but she helps them in best possible and friendly manner without making any distinction or discrimination.

Alma has great working relationship with patients, colleagues in nursing and providers and at times of need when the CSA is not available I have seen her working both the front desk and RN duties alternatively on the same day Alma serves with humility and care and makes people around her look better because of her team work.

She provides the highest standard of care by ensuring vaccines are provided,

post discharge Instructions are given, and follow up appointments are made. The nursing care she provides is all done in the best and most diligent manner which has in turn earned our clinic the best scores on patient satisfaction surveys and reduced the Dwell Times at our Clinic to almost half of the standard required dwell times at Parkland.

Alma is the best stock keeper and manager of resources and we are always well supplied and rooms are well prepared to continue excellent patient care without any delays or interruptions.
