Nurse Alma provided care to my son full of kindness and joy. She identifies herself before performing procedure and remains with my son to ensure he takes his medicine. She carries a genuine smile in her eyes, respects us and respects our request to pray at exact time. I remembered the day when she helped me fix my phone. I had to make an important call and my phone was not working properly, she offered help in fixing it. I hope that she will be recognized for her great attitude and excellent care for my son.

I would like to thank Alma, our nurse. She deserves to be recognized for her sincere care for my son. One time, I needed to go outside the hospital to buy a medication my son is taking. This medication is not available in the pharmacy and I was concerned that my son would miss his dose. I asked permission and went out to buy it. When I got back, I gave the medicine to our nurse. Upon checking, she noticed that it was a different medication. I checked and it was a different medication, but they look the same as what my son was taking. If it was not for her, I would not be aware of it. I would like to thank her for being extra cautious and always careful. Each time she goes to our room, she will ask us if we need anything and sees to it that we can always ask for help if we need it. She deserves thanks and recognition.
