Alma took tremendous care of my mother, even though I was the patient. She waited patiently as an elderly mother expressed her adult daughter. She listened attentively and always remained in the room never trying to excuse herself. She took the time to explain the isolation precautions and procedures. When she had to perform an invasive procedure, she explained every step with detail. She was very attentive.
