I came to your hospital on a Sunday afternoon with awful chest pains. I thought I was having a heart attack. I need to tell you how wonderful your nurse lead was. Alma was truly incredible! Not only was she and the team loving and caring to me but they were the same to each other. It was a wonderful experience. It turns out that I had inflammation behind my ribs and I was going to be okay. I watched Alma as I was in the hallway for hours and she maintained a steady calm that permeated the whole ER. Her competence, sweetness, and compassion were just amazing. At intervals, she and the team always stopped to check in on me to ask if I was ok and if I needed anything. It was a privilege to be under their care.
