I went to Terrebonne General’s Outpatient Surgery Center for a Bronchoscopy. Alma was the kindest, most compassionate, caring, and attentive to all my needs. I have been through many hospital stays or surgeries and have never had a nurse so awesome!! I wish all nurses were like she was and I wish I could request her each time. She has definitely touched my heart like an angel. Thank you, Alma, you totally changed my view of nurses. Thank you for the excellent care. You made me feel like family. Alma was a very professional nurse. She made me feel very comfortable when I was afraid. I enjoyed talking with her. Alma was extremely patient. She was a very caring and delicate nurse. I was very pleased with the care I received from her. She is a sweet sweet professional caring nurse. Thank you. Alma was very kind and courteous. She made sure that I was comfortable.
