As a patient with a lot of risk factors (hypertensive, diabetic), I frequent hospitals and experience the different levels and standards of health care practitioners here and abroad. If you are fortunate enough, you just see compassionate workers stand out. I am writing to express my utmost appreciation to the quality of care shown by Aiah of ASU. Aiah empathetically addressed my needs and concerns as if she is family. I can never forget how she did her best efforts to endorse me as quick and smooth to the nurses of the regular room I am being transferred to. She was mindful of the timing and cut-off. Despite her toxic workload that time, she managed everything professionally and effectively. Thanks Aiah for the personal care you have provided. The hospital is fortunate to have you. I will forever be privileged to be under your care at my vulnerable time. You have made it less worrisome and more comforting.
