While I could not be with my little one, she took care of him, fed him, and not only that, but talked to him, encouraged him, and loved him in those moments when I could not be present.

My baby was born at 33 weeks, after a 12-hour labor. It was tough not having my baby by my side. Soon after, his doctor told me that he had to be intubated due to a problem with his lungs. That same day I went to see him, it was so hard to see my baby, my boy, with a tube in his mouth, fighting to get ahead and not being able to take him in my arms, hug him, kiss him, give him that love and protection, every day that passed was extremely difficult. Thank God, my child had by his side a trained, kind staff who expressed affection for him, among them Alondra, who from the first time she saw me, treated me with much love and understanding, understanding my whole situation. What I am most grateful for and will never forget is that while I could not be with my little one, she took care of him, fed him, and not only that, but talked to him, encouraged him, and loved him in those moments when I could not be present. Thank you, Alondra, for loving my baby. One day I arrived unexpectedly at 11 at night, Alondra was taking care of my baby, to my surprise when I arrived, in addition to his blanket, she noticed that he was cold and decided to put an extra towel on his feet to give him even more warmth... thank you Alondra because that day I arrived and I knew that my baby was warm and happy thanks to you. In addition to that, she talked to him when I was not there, and even when, thank God, they discharged him, she said goodbye to both of us and was aware of us... truly an excellent nurse, person and woman. I can't say anything more than thank you, and I hope you get the recognition you deserve.
