While A’Lora is at the disadvantage of working behind the scenes with limited opportunity to be acknowledged by patients, the amount of advocacy she does for patients is nothing short of excellence. A’Lora is one of the many assets to the Trauma Services department and is favored by many due to her pleasant personality and positive attitude. She is intelligent, very hard-working, collaborative, technically adept, and humble. She has a servant's heart and a desire to do better no matter what role she is in. While the program has undergone many challenges and changes over the past few years, A’Lora has been the one constant to hold it together. She continues to look for opportunities to improve trauma care and advocate for all trauma patients. A’Lora believes in and lives out the Hendrick Mission, without a doubt her career at Hendrick Health will be long and prosperous.
