Alo assisted today with setting up my IV for a bubble study. I have had a phobia of things in my veins from a young age due to a bad hospital experience. Alo was understanding and talked to me during the procedure to make sure I was okay. He went to San Francisco State University just like me and we talked about that and it helped ease my mind. I was able to remain calm throughout the procedure because of his attention and care and I am grateful.
