This nurse has had numerous letters and phone calls written on their behalf from the families that have had the privilege of having this nurse on their team. People go out of their way to let their managers know how much they appreciate this nurse. Also when asked, they were more than willing to have RN students follow them every Tuesday, knowing that it would add time to their day, this nurse was more than happy to help bring up the generation of the next group of nurses.
Recently we received a letter from a family that said the following, "You always took the time to answer all out questions, and we never ran out of supplies, you never seemed rushed. Because you were caring for our mother we knew she would be treated with a gentle, caring touch. We knew she was in good hands with your care. We had the greatest confidence in your visits and the empathy you showed us."
We could not have worded it any better, patients and families have total confidence in this nurse. Alper Habip, thank you for the care you give your patients, and being sacrificial going over and beyond time and time again. Alper went into nursing as a second career choice and maybe that is one reason he is so passionate about the care he gives his patients, he worked hard to obtain his degree later on in life. And has a heartfelt connection with this career choice. He is a hard worker!
Alper is a willing team player letting new nurses know he does not mind them calling him if they have questions with the computer documentation. His first career was in computers so he is always looking and seeing if we can apply our documentation in a more convenient way. He thinks outside of the box.
