It is not often that one encounters such wonderful, loving and attentive nurses in such a busy fast paced place such as a nursing ward in the hospital. I take full pleasure in informing Alpha's managers that they have a quality person who goes the extra mile and ensures his patients are comfortable and content. You cannot train a person to be compassionate, warm and caring person. That is in their heart, mind, and eye contact, voice and helpful spirit.
