Al goes out of his way to ensure the comfort and needs of his patients. He was exceptional with my dad who was quite belligerent suffering from dementia due to Parkinson’s Disease. When my dad became agitated, he knew exactly what to do to calm him down. Al is also an asset to the caregivers and always asked us if we needed anything. His work ethic and love for people did not go unnoticed.
