Alvin Puertollano, RN

Alvin was like a “Ninja”. He was there for me like he was anticipating my thoughts and needs right before I needed him. He made me feel like family, and that I was special. Not like he was just doing his job. He gave me information on what and why he was doing things and answered all of my questions. We talked about his family and my family. We even joked around. He was so kind, efficient, and is a consummate professional. I just felt like he went above and beyond at all times. Thank you Alvin for being the Best Nurse Ever!
